We bring the coffee and the familiar faces.
We're taking Poetica beyond our usual corners. Book our trailer for weddings, birthdays, work parties, neighborhood gatherings, and other good reasons to get people together. We bring the coffee and the familiar faces. You bring the people.
Brooklyn $1800. Every other borough $2100. Four hours of service, up to 200 drinks.
How booking works
Step 1
Pick your date
Check the trailer calendar, then tell us where the event is and how many people to expect.
Step 2
Send your request
Nothing is charged when you send it. We look at the date, the parking and anything you have asked us for.
Step 3
We confirm by email
Once your event is confirmed, you pay the full amount by card on your own private page.
Your first submission is a request, not a confirmed reservation.

Events outside Brooklyn include a $300 travel surcharge, already part of the price shown and listed separately on your request.
Nothing is charged when you send a request. Once we confirm your event, you pay the full amount by card on your private request page.
What your booking includes
Every booking includes up to 4 hours of service at your event, with one Poetica staff member on site running the trailer, and up to 200 drinks.
Setup and pack down sit around that window, and we hold the day around your event so nothing else can be booked on top of it.
If you cancel at least one week before your event, we refund the full amount. If you cancel after that, we refund half.
What we serve
Coffee, tea, milks and soft drinks, plus whatever else our fridge is holding that day. We can also serve what you bring us, such as pastries or wine.
Alcohol service can be requested, but you supply all of it. Poetica does not supply or sell it, and every request is reviewed first.
Where we go
The five boroughs of New York City only: Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island. We do not travel to other states or outside the five boroughs.
Space and access
Before we can bring the coffee, we need somewhere to park. Your event must have space equivalent to at least three car parking spaces for our van and trailer together, with enough room to arrive, maneuver, park, and leave safely. The organizer is responsible for arranging a permitted place for us to park and operate.
Tell us about the parking on your request and add a photo if you have one. We look at it before confirming anything.

This calendar is only for the trailer. It is separate from our café evenings.

Questions
- How long are you there?
- Four hours of service with one Poetica person on site, and up to 200 drinks.
- Can you serve alcohol?
- It can be requested, but you supply all of it and we review the venue and permit side first. Asking for it does not guarantee it.
- How far do you travel?
- The five boroughs of New York City only. Nothing outside them, and no other states.
- What if plans change?
