Gathering rules
Short, plain and the same for everyone, whether you contribute nothing or a lot.

Gatherings begin no earlier than 7 PM.

Everyone must finish cleaning and leave by 9:30 PM.

Respect our neighbors and keep sound at a considerate level.
4
Leave the space clean and return moved furniture.
5
Follow the confirmed capacity for the location.

Treat staff, guests, and the space respectfully.
Getting in
Access instructions are sent to the organizer before an approved gathering. We never post door details publicly, and each café can have its own instructions.
Afterward
If you take photos, we would love to see them, and tagging Poetica on Instagram is welcome. Posting is completely optional.
Things we have not decided yet
Questions about food and drink, furniture beyond what is in the room, equipment, staffing and anything involving deposits are handled case by case for now. Ask in your request and we will answer directly.
