Every booking includes up to 4 hours of service at your event, with one Poetica staff member on site running the trailer, and up to 200 drinks. We also need time on either side to set up and pack down, so we hold the day around your service hours.

4. Drinks

Coffee and soft drinks come as part of the service.

I would like to request alcohol service. I understand that I must supply all the alcohol, that Poetica does not supply or sell it, and that this request needs Poetica’s review and confirmation.

5. Parking and access

Before we can bring the coffee, we need somewhere to park. Your event must have space equivalent to at least three car parking spaces for our van and trailer together, with enough room to arrive, maneuver, park, and leave safely. The organizer is responsible for arranging a permitted place for us to park and operate.

Nothing is charged now. We review availability, your event details, the parking and any alcohol service request, then confirm by email. Once we confirm, we send payment details for the full amount.

If you cancel at least one week before your event, we refund the full amount. If you cancel after that, we refund half.
